Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or analytics engineering.
- Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, query plan analysis).
- Hands-on experience with dbt (modeling, testing, documentation).
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, etc.).
- Git/GitHub version control workflow proficiency.
- Experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to validate AI-assisted development outputs.
- History of building relationships with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to present findings to leadership clearly.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with stakeholders to translate business questions into analyses and data products.
- Build and maintain dbt models and documentation for source-system data.
- Develop and maintain semantic models, dashboards, and reporting.
- Define business metrics and drive alignment across the organization.
- Review and harden AI-generated SQL, dbt, and Python code.
- Investigate and resolve data ambiguities through cross-system reconciliation.
- Contribute to building and maintaining data infrastructure.
- Improve data governance and documentation for both the team and business users.
