Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound outreach to assigned accounts.
  • Engage customers flagged for health score decline, payment failures, or cancellation intent.
  • Identify root causes behind customer concerns through active listening.
  • Provide consultative guidance and structured solutions to retain customers.
  • Handle objections professionally.
  • Identify opportunities for plan optimization or upgrades.
  • Accurately log all interactions and update CRM records.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and provide feedback to leadership.
