- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound outreach to assigned accounts.
- Engage customers flagged for health score decline, payment failures, or cancellation intent.
- Identify root causes behind customer concerns through active listening.
- Provide consultative guidance and structured solutions to retain customers.
- Handle objections professionally.
- Identify opportunities for plan optimization or upgrades.
- Accurately log all interactions and update CRM records.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and provide feedback to leadership.
