Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity (security operations, threat hunting, offensive security, or red teaming).
- Proven experience building, scaling, or leading ASM capabilities.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management methodologies and risk prioritization frameworks.
- Experience working within multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
- Deep knowledge of attacker TTPs and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Expertise in network security, cloud security, and attack path analysis.
- Proficiency with scripting and automation technologies such as Python and PowerShell.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mature the organization's Attack Surface Management (ASM) program.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise attack surface across cloud, network, and application environments.
- Continuously identify, assess, and prioritize vulnerabilities and exposures.
- Partner with security, engineering, and cloud teams to drive remediation.
- Leverage metrics and analytics to measure program effectiveness.
- Conduct external reconnaissance, OSINT, and threat intelligence analysis.
- Design and implement automation solutions for visibility and efficiency.
- Mentor team members and support compliance efforts.
