Requirements
- Experience leading, coaching, or managing a small team
- 3+ years of experience in email and database marketing or related function
- Proven track record in developing, implementing and analyzing automated customer journeys
- 3+ years experience working in marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, SF Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce
- Direct response marketing experience
- Familiarity with rewards and subscription programs, loyalty communication flows, and lead funnels
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing, customer segmentation, and multi-channel marketing
- Strong project management, presentation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing the team
- Creating and managing automations and campaigns focusing on retention, loyalty, and reorder rate
- Improving personalization across email, SMS, push, and owned channels
- Building comprehensive segmentation using data and customer insights
- Scaling customer journeys in platforms like SFMC, Klaviyo, or Braze
- Overseeing marketing automation performance and owned channel expansion
- Overseeing email design and messaging best practices
