Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.
  • 8–10+ years in senior executive or enterprise leadership roles.
  • Proven success in executing enterprise-wide learning or workforce capability strategies.
  • Strong experience partnering with C-suite executives.
  • Deep expertise in regulated environments with compliance-driven learning requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of learning technologies and data-driven talent development.
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation or change management.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Business preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or technology-enabled services highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise-wide learning and capability strategy.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives.
  • Build and oversee an integrated capability development framework.
  • Lead enterprise leadership programs and succession readiness planning.
  • Establish governance structures through the Enterprise Learning Council.
  • Own and optimize the enterprise learning ecosystem and LMS platforms.
  • Oversee compliance and regulatory learning strategy.
  • Define enterprise learning KPIs and measure business impact.
  • Manage the L&D budget and vendor ecosystem.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D organization.
