Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.
- 8–10+ years in senior executive or enterprise leadership roles.
- Proven success in executing enterprise-wide learning or workforce capability strategies.
- Strong experience partnering with C-suite executives.
- Deep expertise in regulated environments with compliance-driven learning requirements.
- Strong knowledge of learning technologies and data-driven talent development.
- Experience leading enterprise transformation or change management.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Business preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or technology-enabled services highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise-wide learning and capability strategy.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives.
- Build and oversee an integrated capability development framework.
- Lead enterprise leadership programs and succession readiness planning.
- Establish governance structures through the Enterprise Learning Council.
- Own and optimize the enterprise learning ecosystem and LMS platforms.
- Oversee compliance and regulatory learning strategy.
- Define enterprise learning KPIs and measure business impact.
- Manage the L&D budget and vendor ecosystem.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D organization.
