Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
0–2 years of experience in data quality, data analysis, or QA-related roles.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data cleaning, tagging, or regex-based processing is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Excel; SQL or Python is a plus for data handling and analysis.
Understanding of accounting principles and financial data classification is a strong advantage.
Exposure to ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks (QBO), SAP, or similar tools is preferred.
Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks with consistency and accuracy.
Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate across global, remote teams.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple parallel workflows.

Perform data extraction, cleaning, labeling, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and transactional datasets.
Analyze merchant and vendor data trends, including categorization, classification, and identification of irregularities or anomalies.
Investigate data inconsistencies such as unexpected spikes or drops in transaction volumes and ensure dataset stability.
Work with proprietary platforms and internal tools to process and refine large-scale datasets efficiently.
Collaborate with global engineering, analytics, and operations teams to maintain data quality and consistency across systems.
Respond to internal and external data-related queries in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure compliance with data security, confidentiality, and internal quality standards.
