Requirements

  • Availability for travel and experience working with regional or territory-based sales models.
  • MBA or advanced business education is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with distribution partners, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and compliance standards.
  • Identify business opportunities within the healthcare market and convert them into sustainable revenue through distributor networks.
  • Support market expansion by improving product access across healthcare institutions and regions.
  • Monitor territory performance, pipeline, and key KPIs to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies, optimize execution, and improve customer experience.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal commercial policies in all activities.
