Requirements
- Higher education completed or in progress in Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience in customer service, account management, or Customer Success roles.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage relationships with complex accounts.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience in SaaS environments.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across different business segments.
- Support the full customer lifecycle, proactively identifying risks of churn and opportunities for expansion.
- Monitor customer health metrics, engagement levels, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Product and Solutions to share customer insights.
- Track, follow up, and document customer requests through official communication channels.
- Guide clients on best practices to maximize product usage.
- Prepare and present performance reports and key account metrics.
