Requirements

  • Higher education completed or in progress in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience in customer service, account management, or Customer Success roles.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage relationships with complex accounts.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience in SaaS environments.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across different business segments.
  • Support the full customer lifecycle, proactively identifying risks of churn and opportunities for expansion.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, engagement levels, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Product and Solutions to share customer insights.
  • Track, follow up, and document customer requests through official communication channels.
  • Guide clients on best practices to maximize product usage.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and key account metrics.
