Requirements

- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools, SQL, and process mining (e.g., Celonis, Signavio) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and structured thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business diagnostics using data analysis, KPIs, and process evaluation.
- Lead and support process mapping, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.
- Develop executive-level presentations and reports.
- Design, evaluate, and prioritize process improvement initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and escalation processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
