Requirements

  • Basic understanding of data privacy, LGPD, or IT/security governance concepts.
  • Knowledge of general IT controls and information security principles is a plus.
  • Intermediate English level (reading, writing, and basic conversational ability).
  • Proficiency in standard office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with different stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity and willingness to question and propose improvements.
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in team environments.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different projects and scenarios.
  • Creative thinking to propose practical and tailored privacy solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of privacy and data protection projects aligned with LGPD and other global privacy regulations.
  • Contribute to data lifecycle mapping activities, including Records of Processing Activities (ROPA).
  • Assist in the development of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA/RIPD).
  • Participate in vendor privacy maturity assessments and third-party risk evaluations.
  • Support the creation and update of privacy training materials and awareness content.
  • Prepare and maintain project status reports and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Assist in continuous monitoring activities for data privacy compliance programs.
  • Work under the guidance of senior consultants to ensure delivery quality and methodological consistency.
