- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings and industry events
- Strategic mindset with strong market awareness and competitive intelligence skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national pipeline strategies targeting multi-site enterprise accounts
- Drive high-value sales cycles within facility management and project management sectors
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives and facility leaders
- Design and deliver executive-level presentations focused on ROI and operational efficiency
- Lead market intelligence efforts, including competitor analysis and industry trend monitoring
- Collaborate on brand positioning through case studies, content, and go-to-market messaging
- Represent the organization at major industry conferences and national events
- Partner with internal project and operations teams
- Analyze financial and contractual structures
- Provide strategic input to leadership on growth opportunities
