Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience in high-growth, execution-driven environments.
- Ownership of complex technical products or platforms.
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, backend systems, and third-party integrations.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking key product metrics (conversion, latency, booking success).
- Experience in travel, aviation, GDS, or supply-heavy ecosystems (asset).
- Familiarity with inventory, booking, or marketplace systems.
- Exposure to AI-powered products, machine learning, or data enrichment workflows.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end-to-end integration strategy for flight supply partners, including airlines, aggregators, and GDS providers through high-performance APIs.
- Translate complex technical and commercial requirements into clear product specifications for search, booking, and post-booking workflows.
- Own and prioritize a high-velocity product roadmap focused on improving integration quality, reducing onboarding time, and minimizing system defects.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators such as booking success rate, API latency, pricing competitiveness, and supply reliability.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable backend systems.
- Implement AI-driven solutions to automate anomaly detection, improve partner data mapping, and streamline issue resolution.
- Partner with commercial and partner success teams to onboard new supply sources.
- Standardize integration and onboarding processes to improve scalability and operational efficiency.
- Communicate roadmap progress, technical challenges, and performance insights to stakeholders.
