Requirements

- Solid understanding of medical insurance concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL, including querying, joins, and basic data manipulation.
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and act on real-time eligibility (RTE) responses to determine coverage, authorization outcomes, and downstream impacts on revenue cycle processes.
- Perform root-cause analysis on eligibility, coverage, and business rule issues.
- Configure and maintain business rules within systems.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, payer services, and implementation teams.
- Write clear and actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
- Use SQL to query, analyze, and validate data.
- Monitor production environments and manage tickets.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
