Requirements
- 8+ years in product (or 6+ in product plus 2+ in engineering, design, or data).
- At least 2 years in 0→1 / new product line work.
- Shipped a new product line or business model, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
- Experience with enterprise customer discovery.
- Experience owning a revenue model (pricing experiments, unit economics).
- AI-native: ability to build clickable prototypes and interactive demos using AI tools.
- Comfortable being the single point of accountability for an initiative.
Responsibilities
- Translate market research into a sharp, written investment thesis.
- Build prototypes using AI tooling (clickable flows, interactive demos, scripted agents).
- Validate hypotheses with major donors, enterprise nonprofits, and internal teams.
- Pressure-test pricing models and build unit economics.
- Partner with PMM, CSM, and Sales on positioning and pilot pricing.
- Publish weekly progress and maintain decision logs.
- Mentor adjacent POs and PMs on discovery rigor and decision-making.
