- Attention to detail in documentation.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Knowledge of common computer configurations and strong computer navigation skills.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
Responsibilities
- Log into multiple business applications promptly and remain available during scheduled work hours.
- Respond to incoming customer contacts via chat, voice, email.
- Determine purpose of each contact through targeted questions to provide tailored solutions.
- Navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously to resolve cases in real-time.
- Conduct all interactions with professionalism and an empathetic tone.
- Manage and de-escalate customer frustrations effectively.
- Document all interactions in company systems promptly and accurately.
- Follow up with internal teams via email and CRM case notes.
- Participate in required training to stay informed about system and product updates.
- Manage work pace to meet performance goals such as call volume and quality assurance scores.
