  • Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail in documentation.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Knowledge of common computer configurations and strong computer navigation skills.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Log into multiple business applications promptly and remain available during scheduled work hours.
  • Respond to incoming customer contacts via chat, voice, email.
  • Determine purpose of each contact through targeted questions to provide tailored solutions.
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously to resolve cases in real-time.
  • Conduct all interactions with professionalism and an empathetic tone.
  • Manage and de-escalate customer frustrations effectively.
  • Document all interactions in company systems promptly and accurately.
  • Follow up with internal teams via email and CRM case notes.
  • Participate in required training to stay informed about system and product updates.
  • Manage work pace to meet performance goals such as call volume and quality assurance scores.
