Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, GTM, or Revenue Operations.
- Expertise in Salesforce SOQL, formula fields, flows, and validation rules.
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools like n8n and Claude Code.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with CPQ systems like RevOps.io and marketing automation like HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of CRM and data flow architecture.
- Self-directed operator with a drive for systematic automation.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily Salesforce administration including user provisioning and reporting.
- Develop and maintain n8n automations for operational workflows.
- Use Claude Code to automate routine admin tasks and data quality checks.
- Manage deal desk requests using RevOps.io and verify contract accuracy.
- Support quarterly commission cycles and payout calculations.
- Administer the GTM technology stack (Apollo, Gong, Rattle, etc.).
- Monitor integration health across CRM and marketing automation platforms.
