Requirements

  • 7+ years in QA engineering.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience on Salesforce and/or AWS Connect implementations.
  • Led QA on at least two enterprise Salesforce multi-cloud programs.
  • Managed 5+ direct QA team members.
  • Hands-on lead experience delivering at least one contact center and IVR telephony project.
  • Proficiency with enterprise test management tools (Jira/Xray, Azure DevOps, Zephyr Scale, TestRail, or qTest).
  • Strong command of Jira for defect lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps) and Git-based version control.
  • Experience with UI automation, API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI), and performance/load testing tools.
  • Actively leverages GenAI productivity tools (Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT).

Responsibilities

  • Independently define and stand up the QA program from scratch.
  • Serve as the single QA point of contact for clients, program managers, and technical leads.
  • Lead and mentor QA teams of 5+ members while performing hands-on contributions.
  • Own QA program management including resource planning, risk management, and defect governance.
  • Define and track quality KPIs and maintain QA dashboards.
  • Coordinate environment and release strategy for sandbox and staging environments.
  • Lead go-live readiness assessments and hypercare QA support.
  • Author detailed, scenario-based test cases and traceability matrices.
  • Facilitate UAT readiness sessions and support business stakeholders.
