- Lead customer calls independently and manage customer-facing engagements
- Deliver Business Central expertise to customers with a focus on reporting and analytics
- Run user training sessions and conduct product demos
- Support Power BI installations and implementations
- Gather and translate reporting requirements into structured specifications
- Validate reports with customers
- Contribute to marketing and sales efforts
