Requirements
- 8+ years in product management with 0-to-1 experience.
- SaaS industry experience.
- Direct experience building agentic systems and shipping LLM-powered features in production.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering, RAG, evals, and agent architectures.
- Strong understanding of AI UX principles.
- Metrics-driven mindset with experience building outcome pyramids.
- Customer-obsessed with a deep understanding of SMB owners.
- Bias toward action and ability to deliver rapid iterations.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer-facing AI experience end-to-end.
- Make the AI feel trustworthy by communicating intent and managing user autonomy.
- Pick the right leading indicators and commit to metrics like activation and engagement.
- Partner across product surfaces to coordinate shared platform capabilities.
- Be opinionated about AI UX and set eval bars for agent behavior.
- Use AI to build by making AI-assisted research and prototyping default working modes.
- Conduct weekly research with small business owners.
- Communicate roadmap and requirements to executives, engineering, and design.
