Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition.
- Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams.
- Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital ads.
- Conceptualize and develop storyboards, design frames, and animation sequences.
- Ensure all motion visuals maintain consistency and alignment with brand objectives.
- Mentor junior motion designers.
- Partner with videographers, video editors, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content.
- Present and justify design concepts to stakeholders.
- Oversee the motion production pipeline from concept to delivery.
- Create reusable templates and design systems to streamline production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Troubleshoot animation, rendering, and visual effects issues.
