Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, e-commerce content strategy, or digital advertising
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring team members
- Deep expertise in Amazon content creation (titles, bullet points, A+ content, storefronts, image stacks)
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting content performance data
- Project management experience leading multiple content initiatives
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills
- Experience developing SOPs, training materials, and process improvements
- Collaboration experience across cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of paid media platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
- High proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello) and Google Suite/Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of content and creative strategies across multiple clients
- Serve as a true client partner and authority on Amazon best practices
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance, trainings, and support
- Manage the day-to-day activities of junior content team members
- Collaborate with designers to deliver award winning creative strategies
- Collaborate with the media team and account managers to ensure content alignment
- Partner with account managers to create content and SEO strategies
- Develop and implement creative strategies to drive growth
- Analyze performance data and tests to continuously optimize content and creative
- Create and own SOPs, process creation, resources, and run team trainings
