Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital ad operations, programmatic buying, or media trafficking
  • Strong experience using DSPs, ad servers, and tracking/measurement platforms
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and QA discipline
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment
  • Passion for advertising technology

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end setup, trafficking, QA, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across programmatic, social, and search platforms
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues, tracking discrepancies, pixel problems, and pacing challenges
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and recommend optimization strategies
  • Conduct rigorous quality assurance on campaign builds
  • Support onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing for junior ad operations team members
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements
  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaign setups and processes
