Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital ad operations, programmatic buying, or media trafficking
- Strong experience using DSPs, ad servers, and tracking/measurement platforms
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and QA discipline
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment
- Passion for advertising technology
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end setup, trafficking, QA, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across programmatic, social, and search platforms
- Troubleshoot delivery issues, tracking discrepancies, pixel problems, and pacing challenges
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and recommend optimization strategies
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance on campaign builds
- Support onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing for junior ad operations team members
- Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign setups and processes
