Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in biopharma, health plan, consulting, or public sector roles.
- Graduate degree in public policy, health sciences, health policy, epidemiology/biostatistics, or public health; or equivalent bachelor's and work experience.
- Understanding of healthcare policy and legislative/regulatory impact characterization.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Experience in evidence generation, review, and appraisal.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Proficiency in Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and modeling.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior staff with account stewardship through management of cross-functional projects.
- Coordinate subject matter experts, technical staff, vendors, and client teams.
- Support the development of strategic and tactical client recommendations.
- Manage short- and long-term deliverables to meet client needs.
- Collaborate across practices using subject matter expertise.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company services and products.
