Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in biopharma, health plan, consulting, or public sector roles.
  • Graduate degree in public policy, health sciences, health policy, epidemiology/biostatistics, or public health; or equivalent bachelor's and work experience.
  • Understanding of healthcare policy and legislative/regulatory impact characterization.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Experience in evidence generation, review, and appraisal.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and modeling.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior staff with account stewardship through management of cross-functional projects.
  • Coordinate subject matter experts, technical staff, vendors, and client teams.
  • Support the development of strategic and tactical client recommendations.
  • Manage short- and long-term deliverables to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate across practices using subject matter expertise.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company services and products.
