Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or experiential design, with strong exposure to physical events and spatial design.
- Proven track record of designing real-world brand experiences, including events, exhibitions, or large-scale environmental design.
- Strong visual design craft with expertise in typography, layout, composition, and brand translation across physical and digital mediums.
- Deep knowledge of print production, large-format design, and fabrication processes.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator, with ability to prepare production-ready assets.
- Experience working across physical, digital, and motion-based design projects.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to create scalable experiential frameworks for global deployment.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a low-process, high-ownership environment with end-to-end project responsibility.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in articulating and defending design decisions.
- Experience collaborating with and directing external vendors, agencies, and production partners.
- Producer mindset with ability to balance creative ambition against timelines, budgets, and technical constraints.
Responsibilities
- Translate and extend brand identity into physical and experiential environments across global events, conferences, trade shows, and customer activations.
- Design immersive booth environments, spatial layouts, signage systems, merchandise, and large-format print assets from concept through production.
- Develop cohesive event identities spanning physical, digital, and hybrid experiences, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create design assets for digital experiential formats, including webinars, virtual events, product launches, and online activations.
- Storyboard and design motion-based and screen content used in events, presentations, and keynote environments.
- Collaborate closely with field marketing and cross-functional teams to develop impactful experiential concepts and executions.
- Provide creative direction and production guidance to external vendors, agencies, fabricators, and production partners.
- Own the full production lifecycle, including print setup, file preparation, technical specifications, and on-site execution standards.
- Ensure high-quality execution of all experiential outputs, balancing creative ambition with technical feasibility, timelines, and budgets.
- Contribute to scalable design systems that support consistent global brand experiences across multiple regions and formats.
