Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience at technology companies.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, research, and end-to-end product thinking.
- Proven experience in end-to-end execution from problem framing to shipped outcomes.
- Active integration of AI tools in design workflows.
- Builder mindset with ability to create tangible ideas through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Strong user research instincts and ability to form clear points of view.
- Experience designing for developers (bonus).
- Familiarity with networking concepts (bonus).
- Basic front-end experience (HTML/CSS/JS) (bonus).
- Experience with Tailwind CSS (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Think like a builder by sketching, wireframing, and prototyping ideas quickly.
- Use AI as a creative partner to build, prototype, synthesize research, or explore patterns.
- Conduct user research to learn developer needs and pain points.
- Contribute to product direction by clarifying problems and exploring solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain high design standards for interaction, visual, and implementation details.
- Lead projects, facilitate discussions, and align stakeholders.
- Make design thinking legible by documenting rationale and tradeoffs.
- Contribute to the growth of the design team standards and critique culture.
