Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience in a consumer software company.
- Portfolio of high-quality work demonstrating elegant and visually engaging solutions to complex problems.
- Structured, intentional approach leveraging frameworks and principles.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, researchers, and content designers.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Reliable self-starter who can steer work with minimal oversight.
- Experience designing for the entire product process from strategy to pixel.
- Exceptional product thinking with an interest in business and customer needs.
- Deeply curious and interested in fintech.
Responsibilities
- Bring clarity to high-ambiguity work, including driving design sprints and upleveling strategy for new Cash initiatives.
- Act as a connector for Cash-related initiatives, ensuring our savings and checking products connect intuitively with our broader suite of wealth-building tools.
- Use rapid prototyping and broad design exploration to help the team make strategic decisions confidently and quickly.
- Uphold team health by leading design-wide initiatives, mentoring other designers, and defining new patterns and processes.
- Interface directly with the executive leadership team through biweekly reviews and strategic consultations.
