Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of platform, infrastructure, or backend engineering experience.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) and cloud-native architectures on AWS.
- Demonstrated experience building multi-step AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI).
- Strong coding skills in Go and/or Python.
- Experience in GitOps (Argo CD) and CI (GitHub Actions).
- Experience with prompt engineering for production systems.
- Excellent technical communication and advocacy skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate on AI agents for automated platform operations.
- Eliminate repetitive human-in-the-loop workflows across CI/CD and environment management.
- Support Kubernetes platform on AWS EKS with a focus on hygiene and security.
- Utilize developer control plane (Cortex) to maintain paved paths.
- Monitor SLOs/error budgets and use Datadog for system reliability.
- Develop platform services using industry best practices.
- Maintain service scaffolds and templates with AI-driven validation.
