Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven experience mentoring senior engineers and leading platform initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience architecting AI-driven systems and multi-step agentic workflows.
- Mastery of AWS (EKS, Lambda, Bedrock) and containerized architectures.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes at scale.
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Mastery of Datadog and advanced observability.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI).
- Strong coding expertise in Python and/or Go.
Responsibilities
- Design foundational patterns and guardrails for deploying AI agents in production.
- Own agent governance including model selection, safety, and observability.
- Mentor senior engineers in advanced agentic patterns and LLM integration.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align agentic AI with company objectives.
- Oversee large-scale, high-availability distributed systems on AWS.
- Drive AI-powered golden paths for developer self-service.
- Lead evolution of infrastructure-as-code and automated remediation.
- Participate in and lead on-call rotations.
