Requirements
- Significant hands-on experience building tools, scripts, or automation systems.
- Strong experience developing workflows for Unity.
- Strong experience with DCC tools such as Maya, Blender, or Houdini.
- Proficiency with C#, Python, or similar scripting/programming languages.
- Experience optimizing game content for performance, memory, and asset size.
- Experience leading or mentoring Technical Artists, Technical Animators, or Riggers.
- Experience working with outsourcing and/or co-development partners.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain tools, automation, and workflows for Unity and DCC applications.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across assets, shaders, materials, and animation.
- Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to define scalable production pipelines and technical standards.
- Drive optimization efforts for runtime assets, memory usage, and shaders.
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of 6–9 technical staff.
- Act as a technical resource to unblock production teams.
- Collaborate with outsourcing and co-development partners to define technical expectations.
