Requirements
- 8+ years in data engineering.
- 2+ years in a leadership role with a track record of managing engineers.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, dbt, Redshift, Databricks, or BigQuery).
- Proven experience building AI on top of structured data.
- Deep expertise in data ingestion at scale.
- Experience building and shipping a productized, multi-tenant data offering.
- Solid engineering fundamentals: version control, code review, CI/CD, and infra-as-code.
Responsibilities
- Own the data platform strategy end-to-end including ingestion, multi-tenant infrastructure, and transformation.
- Drive the AI-on-data layer by partnering with AI engineers for LLM/agent access.
- Build and productize integrations for first- and third-party data sources.
- Lead, manage, and develop the data engineering team.
- Define engineering standards such as CI/CD, testing, data lineage, and observability.
- Contribute hands-on to the warehouse and transformation layer.
- Partner with go-to-market teams for client onboarding and data delivery.
