Requirements
- 6+ years of production software development experience.
- Product engineer mindset with experience in broad scope environments.
- Full-stack proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, Redis, NATS, and React.
- Fluency with AI-paired delivery tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Systems thinking ability regarding scale, reliability, and latency.
- Strong proactive cross-functional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own engineering problems end-to-end from scoping to production.
- Ship multiple surfaces per quarter in weekly loops.
- Build backend services using TypeScript, Node, Postgres, NATS, and Redis.
- Develop internal/customer-facing UIs in React and React Native.
- Use AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor) fluently in daily workflows.
- Make scalable architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with PMs, ops, and customers to define scope.
