Requirements
- Ukrainian C1 Advanced (oral and written).
- English C1 Advanced (oral and written).
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit.
- Ability to remain neutral and objective during sensitive conversations.
- Strong listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
- Availability for rotating shifts (24/7 coverage).
Responsibilities
- Provide consecutive interpretation between Ukrainian and English on live calls.
- Maintain meaning, tone, and style while ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Follow caller instructions and manage call flow.
- Use approved customer service protocols and professional terminology.
- Deliver strict renditions, including all relevant details.
- Interpret live conversations with high accuracy.
- Apply correct grammar, syntax, and register.
- Comply with confidentiality and process requirements.
- Document or tag call outcomes.
