Ability to remain neutral and objective during sensitive conversations
Strong listening, retention, and note-taking skills
Availability for rotating shifts (24/7 coverage)
Based in Portugal

Responsibilities

Provide consecutive interpretation between Russian and English on live calls
Maintain meaning, tone, and style while ensuring completeness and accuracy
Follow caller instructions and manage call flow without taking over conversations
Use approved customer service protocols and professional terminology across assigned domains
Deliver strict renditions, including all relevant details from each conversation
Apply correct grammar, syntax, and register appropriate to context
Document or tag call outcomes as required by internal procedures
