- Professional interpreting experience (preferred)
- Industry specific certifications/trainings like CMI or CCHI (preferred)
- 40+ hour medical interpreting training (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide effective audio and video remote interpreting
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
- Perform basic troubleshooting for technical issues
- Provide superior customer service
- Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and industry-specific best practices
- Complete assigned training and participate in quality assurance monitoring
