  • 40+ hour medical interpreting training (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective audio and video remote interpreting
  • Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for technical issues
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and industry-specific best practices
  • Complete assigned training and participate in quality assurance monitoring
