Requirements
- Proficiency in Python 3.12 and FastAPI.
- Strong TypeScript skills with Next.js, React, and Tailwind.
- Experience with SQL and Drizzle ORM.
- Production experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph.
- Deep understanding of LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Vertex AI).
- Hands-on experience with vector databases (pgvector preferred).
- Experience with durable orchestration (BullMQ, Redis).
- Familiarity with observability platforms (Langfuse, LangSmith).
- Comfortable with AWS deployment (EC2, S3, Docker).
- Proactive, high-ownership mindset for fast-paced product environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship multi-step AI agents for complex workflows.
- Build high-performance RAG pipelines.
- Develop durable background workflows for processing and orchestration.
- Create internal dashboards and admin tools.
- Manage integrations with Slack, Discord, and Intercom.
- Build and maintain eval harnesses for model performance measurement.
- Maintain the infrastructure glue between LLMs, databases, and product features.
