Requirements

- Ability to obtain a P&C insurance license within 60 days of start date
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers
- Process lienholder information updates
- Send policy documents to customers
- Answer questions regarding insurance policy details, coverages, or benefits
- Make changes to existing policies
- Work to retain policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
