- Strong collaborative and team-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead backend development on core scheduling platform modernization.
- Set Python best practices and guide architecture decisions.
- Own the quality of Python-driven services.
- Contribute across a multi-product ecosystem spanning Python and .NET.
- Write APIs, own services, review code, and ship software.
- Drive the team’s evolution toward an AI-accelerated SDLC using tools like Claude Code.
- Orchestrate agents that write, debug, and test software.
