Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in partnerships, or a mix of partnerships and sales experience within the B2B SaaS space.
  • Proven success negotiating partner agreements and driving revenue through channels.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and co-selling.
  • Experience building and managing partnerships teams.
  • Proficiency in Strategic Selling and complex SaaS sales cycles.
  • Expertise in Contract Negotiation.
  • Demonstrated Partnership Development skills.
  • Proven track record in Revenue Accountability.
  • Experience in Team Leadership and Coaching.
  • Ability to work effectively in Cross-Functional Collaboration.
  • Strong Analytical Insight to track performance and optimize plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the execution of partnership sales plans that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Identify, assess, negotiate, and secure high-impact partnerships, including technology alliances, referral partners, resellers, and strategic industry relationships.
  • Structure and negotiate complex partner agreements, revenue-sharing models, and joint go-to-market plans.
  • Act as the senior relationship owner for key partners, maintaining executive-level connections.
  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing partnerships team.
  • Develop and implement partner enablement strategies, including training and sales playbooks.
  • Partner with Marketing to design and launch joint campaigns and demand generation initiatives.
  • Establish and track clear KPIs for partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
  • Represent the company externally at partner meetings, industry conferences, and networking events.
