Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of Amazon Seller Central or Amazon experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry.
- Familiarity with Strategic Account Services.
- Knowledge of Amazon case escalation processes.
- Experience with image submissions in bulk through Amazon’s bulk image upload tool.
- Understanding of case creation through Amazon’s self-help tool.
- Ability to perform partial and full updates via Amazon’s Add Product via Upload tool.
- Strong project management experience.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
Responsibilities
- Prepare content for submission to Amazon using internal processes to generate Inventory flat files.
- Submit content through Amazon Seller Central’s Manage Inventory interface.
- Submit category-specific updates to the Amazon marketplace using Inventory Flat Files.
- Submit cases to resolve issues arising during content publication.
- Meet or exceed the expected volume of approximately 125 cases submitted post-training.
- Escalate cases to Strategic Account Services (Issue Resolution team).
- Assist with submissions and issue resolution via partner-owned Seller Central accounts.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and update project management software.
- Maintain an internal tracking system for live submissions.
- Monitor and communicate updates regarding Amazon's product data management and syndication policies.
