Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of Amazon Seller Central or Amazon experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry.
  • Familiarity with Strategic Account Services.
  • Knowledge of Amazon case escalation processes.
  • Experience with image submissions in bulk through Amazon’s bulk image upload tool.
  • Understanding of case creation through Amazon’s self-help tool.
  • Ability to perform partial and full updates via Amazon’s Add Product via Upload tool.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare content for submission to Amazon using internal processes to generate Inventory flat files.
  • Submit content through Amazon Seller Central’s Manage Inventory interface.
  • Submit category-specific updates to the Amazon marketplace using Inventory Flat Files.
  • Submit cases to resolve issues arising during content publication.
  • Meet or exceed the expected volume of approximately 125 cases submitted post-training.
  • Escalate cases to Strategic Account Services (Issue Resolution team).
  • Assist with submissions and issue resolution via partner-owned Seller Central accounts.
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and update project management software.
  • Maintain an internal tracking system for live submissions.
  • Monitor and communicate updates regarding Amazon's product data management and syndication policies.
