Responsibilities

  • Handle complex CX cases end-to-end via phone and email.
  • Act as the human element in AI-assisted retention workflows.
  • Provide white-glove support to VIPs and consignment partners.
  • Set the quality bar for customer interactions.
  • Surface product and program insights to CX leadership.
  • Operate efficiently in Zendesk, internal knowledge bases, and admin tools.
