- Bias toward ownership and resolving complex issues.
- Comfort working alongside AI-assisted tools.
- Genuinely care about dogs and pet ownership.
- Startup energy with an ability to thrive in iterative environments.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex CX cases end-to-end via phone and email.
- Act as the human element in AI-assisted retention workflows.
- Provide white-glove support to VIPs and consignment partners.
- Set the quality bar for customer interactions.
- Surface product and program insights to CX leadership.
- Operate efficiently in Zendesk, internal knowledge bases, and admin tools.
