Requirements

  • Ability to balance scaled programs with high-touch, relationship-driven motions.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue.
  • Experience building or operating CS through partners or ecosystem motions.
  • Data-driven decision making and KPI management.
  • Cross-functional leadership and influence skills.
  • Experience applying AI to improve team efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Define clear vision, strategy, and success metrics for Commercial Customer Success.
  • Design and scale the Partner Customer Success program.
  • Develop an operating model using process, automation, and AI for efficient scaling.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of CS managers and CSMs.
  • Drive retention, adoption, and expansion across the Commercial book of business.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing.
