Requirements
- Track record leading a Customer Success function and managing managers.
- Proven experience scaling Commercial CS motions for mid-market segments.
- Ability to balance scaled programs with high-touch, relationship-driven motions.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue.
- Experience building or operating CS through partners or ecosystem motions.
- Data-driven decision making and KPI management.
- Cross-functional leadership and influence skills.
- Experience applying AI to improve team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Define clear vision, strategy, and success metrics for Commercial Customer Success.
- Design and scale the Partner Customer Success program.
- Develop an operating model using process, automation, and AI for efficient scaling.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of CS managers and CSMs.
- Drive retention, adoption, and expansion across the Commercial book of business.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing.
