Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, or similar roles.
- Proven track record delivering complex software initiatives end-to-end in Agile environments.
- Strong technical fluency, including APIs, distributed systems, and modern architectures.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to analyze delivery data and drive process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives from concept through development, testing, release, and post-launch iteration.
- Translate product strategy into actionable epics, user stories, and detailed functional specifications.
- Drive high-performing Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and scope management.
- Serve as the central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, QA, and Program Management.
- Own and continuously improve delivery operations, dependency management, and release readiness.
- Track and analyze delivery health metrics (velocity, throughput, defect rates) and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with Engineering on system design, APIs, and long-term platform improvements.
