Requirements

- Experience in a developer productivity team or similar function
- Proven track record of improving build/test/deploy processes
- Ability to improve developer productivity metrics (e.g., DORA)
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with Go and Python
- Ability to architect systems at a conceptual level
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Strong ownership and autonomy in delivering projects
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end build, test, and deploy software lifecycle
- Detangle monorepo patterns to prevent bottlenecks and improve speed
- Implement build optimization tools like Turborepo
- Improve test coverage and visibility across teams
- Support multi-region and multi-cloud infrastructure and expansion
- Drive operational excellence to reduce production issues
- Write and deliver feature code to stay aligned with development workflows
