- Meaningful .NET exposure in a mixed-stack environment.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows.
- Familiarity with LLM tooling and multi-agent systems.
- Senior engineering judgment, initiative, and constructive communication skills.
- Team-first orientation and collaborative work style.
Responsibilities
- Lead backend development on our core scheduling platform modernization.
- Set Python best practices and guide architecture decisions.
- Contribute across a multi-product ecosystem spanning Python and .NET.
- Write APIs, own services, review code, and ship features.
- Drive the team’s evolution toward an AI-accelerate SDLC.
- Utilize Claude Code and agent orchestration to build, debug, and test software.
