Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming workflow and delegate activities accordingly.
  • Provide education and support to franchisees and studio teams to grow their membership base.
  • Promote the F45 and FS8 education pathway.
  • Collaborate with business functions to ensure alignment of objectives, strategy, and operational feasibility.
  • Conduct audits to identify compliance issues regarding brand identity, safety, cleanliness, and operational processes.
  • Provide guidance and support for local area marketing strategies, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Support member growth strategy including sales, onboarding, and retention.
  • Mentor new studios and franchisees throughout re-sale, opening, and pre-sale activities.
