Responsibilities
- Manage incoming workflow and delegate activities accordingly.
- Provide education and support to franchisees and studio teams to grow their membership base.
- Promote the F45 and FS8 education pathway.
- Collaborate with business functions to ensure alignment of objectives, strategy, and operational feasibility.
- Conduct audits to identify compliance issues regarding brand identity, safety, cleanliness, and operational processes.
- Provide guidance and support for local area marketing strategies, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Support member growth strategy including sales, onboarding, and retention.
- Mentor new studios and franchisees throughout re-sale, opening, and pre-sale activities.
