Requirements
- 5–12+ years of backend or product or platform engineering experience.
- Experience with high-scale, high-availability systems in fintech, crypto, or similar domains.
- Deep expertise in identity & access/security, financial systems, or blockchain infrastructure.
- Strong experience designing and operating distributed systems.
- Track record driving architecture decisions.
- Strong operational mindset (monitoring, on-call, incident response, postmortems).
- Excellent collaboration skills with Product, Security, and Ops teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate Identity & Access Management services (auth, sessions, device trust).
- Own financial operations systems (transfers, payments, ledgering, reconciliation).
- Build and maintain blockchain infrastructure (node/RPC management, transaction submission).
- Define and uphold reliability and observability standards (SLOs, error budgets, incident management).
- Lead large, cross-functional technical projects from design through rollout.
- Mentor and guide other engineers through engineering standards and design reviews.
