Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product, programs, business development, or partnerships.
- Proven leadership and management experience building high-performing teams.
- Experience working with a distributed team in a multicultural environment.
- Strong, succinct communication skills (speaking, writing, presenting, negotiating).
- Analytical problem-solving mindset with iterative approach.
- Experience with software/technology, research/evidence, or humanitarian delivery.
- Track record of driving results without formal authority.
- Passion for the organization's mission and commitment to recipient dignity.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision and multi-year strategy for the Mothers & Babies program.
- Define and maintain core hypotheses regarding impact, feasibility, and fundability.
- Build a roadmap and prioritize product development cycles.
- Lead program design, ensuring recipient dignity and operational excellence.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage critical partners for targeting and outcomes.
- Define tech requirements for delivery, including digital identification and data integration.
- Set measurement strategy and drive the research/learning agenda.
- Support fundraising through compelling narrative development and donor pipeline support.
- Assemble and lead a cross-functional team across Programs, Research, and Partnerships.
