Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, or Direct Response Advertising (DTC, agency, or similar).
- Proven track record crafting high-converting video ads & UGC content.
- Strong grasp of sales psychology, persuasive copywriting, and buyer persona frameworks.
- Data-driven mindset: confident in reading KPIs, extracting insights, and proposing actionable iterations.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, creative diagnostics, and funnel optimization.
- Passion for trends, platform nuances (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), and continuous creative innovation.
- Highly organized and execution-obsessed, with a structured approach to creative planning.
- Strong collaboration & feedback skills—able to align creators, editors, and copywriters toward performance goals.
- Fluent in English (B2+ minimum).
Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy for assigned product funnels, ensuring every asset is optimized for direct-response performance.
- Define angles, hooks, and ad structures, blending emotional storytelling with persuasive copy and visual psychology.
- Continuously analyze creative KPIs (ROAS, CTR, Hook Rate, Thumbstop, View Rate) to identify winners and iterate with speed.
- Conduct weekly AdBattery diagnostics to manage variety, freshness, and fatigue across ads.
- Design and execute A/B testing plans for creatives, including copy, visuals, and formats.
- Leverage UGC, trends, and platform-specific formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) to scale performance.
- Collaborate with Creative Operations, Copywriters, and Video Editors on briefs and production.
- Partner with Growth and Data teams to align creative strategy with funnel performance.
- Provide actionable feedback to creators and content partners.
- Monitor platform trends and competitor benchmarks to identify new creative opportunities.
