Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with infrastructure-as-code mindset
- Deep Kubernetes experience, specifically with the operator pattern (CRDs, controllers, controller-runtime/kubebuilder/operator-sdk)
- Proficiency in Go
- Ability to read and contribute to an asynchronous Rust codebase or eagerness to learn
- Solid experience with AWS
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/OpenTofu)
- Experience with production-grade observability
- Comfort working with customer-facing infrastructure setups
- Great communication in English
Responsibilities
- Own our Kubernetes operator: the control plane that provisions, configures, and manages Rerun Hub deployments
- Deep customer onboarding by extending the control plane to accommodate infrastructure requirements
- Ensure production reliability and scale including observability, CI/CD, and incident response
- Manage the deployment experience from local dev through staging to prod
- Participate in follow-the-sun on-call rotations
