- 10+ years of multidisciplinary executive experience in strategic leadership across multiple functions.
- Background in a technology organization with clear understanding of scalability and services models.
- Experience shaping multi-year organizational strategy.
- Proven ability to balance mission impact with disciplined business operations.
- Experience leading organizations through growth stages (100+ employees).
- Recent, hands-on experience deploying AI and automation in an operating context.
- Experience working with executive teams and governing boards.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage Finance, People, Compliance, Risk, and IT functions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a full member of the Executive Team and a strategic thought partner to the CEO.
- Shape CareMessage’s multi-year organizational strategy and enterprise planning.
- Act as connective tissue between the Executive Team and Key Functional Leaders.
- Drive organizational alignment and shared priorities across functional teams.
- Own the operating plan and ensure functional priorities are resourced and sequenced.
- Establish disciplined execution, accountability, and scalable internal processes.
- Manage compliance, risk, and board engagement.
- Coach functional leaders and drive talent, culture, and high-performance standards.
- Partner with Finance on budget performance and long-term sustainability.
- Lead AI and automation initiatives to optimize internal workflows and operational scale.
